ARCHITEXT magazine was created for those who find delight in viewing beautiful architecture while enjoying the serenity of clean and minimal print design. This publication focuses on creating a smooth consistency from article to ad space and excels at unifying content to layout, bolstering the importance of type as image and creating a beauty that accents the writers, editors, and photographers alike.
The focus of my design was to create a light and open rhythm for the content to live within. Stripping back type style and allowing the colors in the images to build depth for the reader.
Throughout the pages I was able to create a basin of simplicity for the reader to move throughout with mental ease and little visual distraction.
